The reception desk was very helpful when I arrived late and all parking areas were occupied, quickly solving the problem and providing information on staying warm with WiFi. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. The hotel was conveniently located near Auchan supermarket and Colmar, making it easy for travelers. The staff was professional, friendly, and prepared everything for a quick check-in and check-out process.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide selection of food, including a yoghurt ice machine that adds a unique touch.
The hotel reception could use some improvement as the carpet was dirty, which was a bit disappointing upon arrival.

This hotel was a great value for money, offering reasonable prices and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated its convenient location near the bus station to Strasbourg, making it easy to explore the city center using public transport. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including good WiFi and comfortable beds with air conditioning and a fridge, were definitely a plus.
